Shops and Establishments License

Once the owner or employer has completed all of the essential facts accurately, the next step is to send the application form to either the Inspector in-charge or the Chief Inspector of the Shop and Establishment Act, together with the stipulated fee.

Verification of the Submitted Application
The application, as well as all of the supporting documents, will be vetted and scrutinized by higher authorities when it is submitted.

Issuance of a Permit
If all of the documentation presented with the applications are in compliance with the provisions of the act, the proposed shop or establishment will be awarded a certificate of registration.
